Each desktop includes automatic authentication ("single-sign-on") to the collaboration applications, so you only have to login once.

The first desktop has administrator rights to all team collaboration applications, so you can apply fine-grained access rights if desired.

We upgrade most of the applications to the latest and greatest version at least once a year to take advantage of the frequent update and enhancement cycle of open source software.
