Eseri Management Team

Eseri is led by the following management team.

CEO - Bill Stewart

Before founding Eseri, Bill spent 12 years in system integration where he served variously as company software manager and system engineering manager, and engineering lead and project manager of several system integration projects. Before that he received a Ph.D. in computer science from UNB for algorithms that optimally constructed multi-dimensional convex hulls, and taught computer science.  Before that he worked for the Canadian Federal Civil Service establishing a computing center. Bill is an individual member with the Linux Foundation, author of a light-weight software package licensed under the GPL, and maintainer of FreeOpenSourceSoftware.org. He is also author of the Internet reference site LivingInternet.com and the best practices collection FunStandard.org.

VP Engineering - Karoly Molnar

Karoly has 16 years of hands-on IT experience, including wide experience with a long list of open source software, and applies his skills with multiple layers of the stack from operating systems to networks to user interfaces. He is a frequent contributor to open source where he can.  Prior to joining Eseri, Karoly founded and for eight years ran a software firm focused on development of solutions for small business, during which he learned the essentials of advanced software development and small business management simultaneously, experiences he brings to his contributions to the company in his current role. Previous to managing his software firm, Karoly served variously as project leader and developer on a range of software development projects building custom solutions for a range of organizations.

VP Business Development – Peter Wilson

Peter is a seasoned marketing executive with depth and breadth of experience in growth technology companies. His early career was in the semiconductor industry with Philips Electronics and LSI Logic, where he led the regional marketing efforts. His first start-up was Cadabra, a successful software supplier and innovator in design automation, Peter was later VP Marketing and Business Development at home networking specialist Cogency Semiconductor. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors for TR Labs and Cogency Technology. Most recently Peter has worked with several start-up companies deploying software-as-a-service business models. Peter received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Queens University, Ontario, and has been a long-time user of online applications.
