Help Wiki - From within your desktop you can find a FAQ and other help information about your desktop and applications under the menu item "System / Eseri Help and Support".

Email Support - You can obtain email assistance 09:00 to 17:00 EST Monday to Friday with any problems or issues with your system at the email address found on the help wiki described above.

Change Password - From within your desktop you can change your password from the menu item "System / Account Management". If you forget your password, you can change it from the Eseri website by attempting to log in as usual, and if the password is incorrect you will be directed to a webpage where you can request a new password be sent to your internal and external email addresses.

Reboot Desktop - In the rare event you need to reboot your desktop you can do so from the Eseri website here.

Premium Support - Telephone and 24/7 support is available on request for organizations with high assurance requirements.
